You can get all the Swiss maps you want at
http://www.sac-cas.ch/en/huts.html - just search a hut, go to Online maps etc. You can't print directly but use printscreen.
Not sure where you were aiming for from the Vignettes - Your best would have been col de Petit Mont Colon, Col de Mont Brule, across the glacier de Tsa de Tsan to the Col de la Division and down to the Aosta hut. From there you could have returned over the Col de Valpelline and reached Zermatt in a day. I once went from the Schonbeil to the Bouquetins hut: it was a very long day and would have been 4-5 hours more to the Vignettes. Still you had a great trip but why hurry in such stunning country?
