Our first full day in Majorca involved an half day easy paced walk along the coast. We began in Deia which is a very private little village and home to a lot of rich and famous. It was put on the map by Robert Graves who moved here.
The walk back to Puerto de Soller along the coast was very attractive with no difficulties apart from the path coming very close to some very large drops.

Hi Paulo ,
Great pics . I see you walked a few sections of the GR221 , looks like you had a great time ,did you manage Valdemossa to Deia , probably one of my favourite sections ( followed closely by Cuber to Lluc ), particulaly the archdukes carriageway or path. We drove to Deia in a hire car , caught the bus to Valdemossa then the two of us walked back to Deia to the car having an ice cold beer in a restaurant. Fabulous walking in Majorca , be back maybe next spring for more.
