Steel fell to Helm crag

Mid winter walk in beautiful crisp clear weather. The official start of my Wainwright journey. Although I have already covered many in the previous 20 years I have chosen to start again. Bitterly cold ,but still lovely and luckily the boggy top between Steel fell and Gibson knott was frozen solid. I would like to walk this after a damp spring. Failed to climb the lion and lamb but will try again before I finish the 214.
