Ketmere Horseshoe
Posted: Mon Oct 27, 2014 4:54 pmStarted in the dark having parked by the church. Up Garburn Pass and then a quick trip left to Sallows and then Sour Howes before retracing my steps and heading up towards Yoke and the traditional Kentmere Horseshoe.
The weather was a bit naff to say the least, some sunny spells but mainly wind and mist, thankfully very little rain fell, which to be honest wouldn't have made much difference if it had as it was so wet under foot. I suppose its always nice to stay as dry as possible.
Only saw 1 other person whilst on the hills although when I got back to the car there were no spaces left.
