Decided at short notice to climb this hill on sunday afternoon. Joined by Andrew, we set off from Appleby at 1.30pm and we were parked and walking by 2.30pm. Straight forward ascent on short grassed path. Lovely sunny/breezy day although hazy and long views were limited.

Had a wander north of the trig point but decided to walk back by the same route. Back at the car we had a coffee before return journey via Caldbeck

Nice little hill and it was good to have a catch up with Andrew.
