Windy and showery day. Newland bridge not passable, so I had to split the walk into two parts.
Cat Bells summit was so windy that I had to literally crawl across the wet rocks at the top. I did stand up eventually but then had to crawl off down the path, and eventually gave up my ridge route and took the direct route down the hill and in the lee of the wind.
