From Longlands allong traclk and then up ridge to Long;lands Fell over to Lowthwaite Fell and round up to Little and Great Sca Fells onto Knott reururn to Great Sca Fell and down to Meal fell down and up to Great cockup down over Orthwaite bank to road then back to Longlands
