Walkhighlands

A walk with a difference. Took the ferry from Glenridding to Howtown. Walked along the lakeside path around the edge of Ullswater below Hallin Fell, and then walked up to the summit of Place Fell (2154') before taking the path back down to Glenridding. A very pleasant outing, the short section of road walking being more than made up for by the boat trip out.
