Dulyn Bothy Night

February's Wild Camping trip would once again be an MBA bothy. This time Dulyn Bothy in Wales. We parked at the car park, after an interesting drive up to it. Very steep at some places!

We set off from the car park and walked up on the well defined path along the "Clogwyn Maldy". We stopped for a while at the small lake/tarn Melynllyn, before heading down to the Dulyn Lake.

We spent a bit of time here before heading over to Dulyn Bothy, where we spent the night. Had an interesting evening meeting several other wanderers, before bedding down on the floor for the night. Was quite comfortable, and the fire was well stocked so we stayed quite warm.

The next morning we woke up to snow all around the Bothy. We packed up and said our farewells, before walking out into the blizzard. We walked along the valley and to the footbridge at its end, before walking back along to the car.

A successful and interesting night out in Wales.
