Walkhighlands

Sunday was forecast awful and true to form it was chucking it down in the morning and this had obviously resulted in a huge dump of snow on the hills.

We were only looking for something to break up the journey home anyway and Foel Goch near Bala seemed a good option.

Perfectly easy walking made a bit more time consuming by trail breaking through the snow underfoot. Tougher in it's lower reaches when underneath the snow was bog but much more pleasant higher up.

Rain/hail kept off for the afternoon and all in all a perfectly pleasant couple of hours playing in the snow.
