Wanted to be back for the Liverpool/Utd game at 12.30pm so couldn't venture too far Saturday.

Ingleborough from Clapham is always a decent shout and not too far from home.

The weather was exactly as forecast - heavy rain throughout and no views with wind on the tops.

Ventured over to Simon Fell to add another Hewitt for the day but aborted a plan to come back over Long Scar as I couldn't see sod all and I didn't know the terrain. Camera left in the bag throughout.

Rivers all in spate, flooding everywhere.

Hoping for a bit of frost soon and some dryer weather.
