Hello,
Both of these routes look like fine training scrambles and the fact that the descent has to made following the same line makes you sort out your feet when down-climbing. Something that we don't get much of in Scotland....well apart from some parts of the Cuillin, BEM and on the Ben. Looks like there could be more of these when looking at a few of the images of the several plugs in the area. Good sport.

Aaah, the volcanic plugs that are the Glass House Mountains...they get the heart pumping & the views are great.

Early starts may include hot air balloons slowing drifting by, burners briefly lighting up the coming dawn...plus the 1st rays of the day gently intensify on the peaks flanks....making for some beautiful photo ops.

Plenty of other spectacular bushwalks in the area....enjoy.
