Hello everyone, yesterday we went to Shropshire and completed a ten mile walk which we call training, what for, on the 6th June, yes D-Day our group will be attempting the Three Peaks 24 miler in Yorkshire. We are being sponsored for a local charity, The Donna Louise Trust which is a comprehensive children's hospice service for the Staffordshire and South Cheshire areas. providing respite and end of life care for children with life threatening conditions, named after a local girl who passed away at 16. The website is http://www.donnalouisetrust.org We know it will be hard going as it takes in the three peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent and I will keep you posted nearer to the event..Thanks for looking, take care all,Sue :D
