A simple ascent of Barrow (1,494') from Braithwaite completed with Linda and Gina in perfect weather. It took longer than might be expected because one of our party has had a heart/lung transplant, so we regarded it as a real achievement to just complete the walk. The fact that the walk finished by the Coledale Arms was an added bonus!
