From car park end of Loweswater past High Nook Farm then up ridge to Gavel Fell. Follow fence to Blake fell across to top above Carling Knott return and follow fence towards Burnbank fell via slater quarries descned to corner of traCK ALLONG WOOD RETURN ALLONG TRACK TO High Nook Farm and car parkl
