Are you man (or woman) enough to hike Hamperokken?

I grew up in Northern Norway, and every time I return back home I go hiking. There are so many great hikes up there, and Hamperokken is a well known hike in the Tromsø area, but it is not for everyone...The elevation gain is rough, and the ridge you have to hike is out of this world. And the summit is like a needle in the sky. I had snow up there in late August. Say no more...

Are you man (or woman) enough to hike Hamperokken? Feel free to check out my video and judge for yourself.
My hike to Hamperokken starts at 7 minutes and 5 seconds into the video.

Fairly airy. Never got to Norway as husband had been as a schoolboy and a student, some climbing, but mostly walking from hut to hut, and wanted to go somewhere he hadn't been.Wish now that I had insisted.
