Amoung all the national parks in the US, is Zion one of the best?
I have been to many national parks in the US, we are talking two digits, and I have to say that Zion has some of the best hiking if we are looking at moderate hikes that everybody can do.
I have done Angels landing and The narrows, which are probably the most famous ones. Even though there are many people doing these hikes, they are still great hikes that you should do if you get the chance. Angels landing has got some elevation gain, The narrows follows the river and does not gain much elevation, but hiking in the river is somewhat hard.
