Foel y Geifr and Foel Goch
A pleasant enough morning's walk, before the weather broke. There are some excellent views to be had of the Arans from the summit ridge and the summit trig point of Foel y Geifr is a good landmark. We almost walked past the summit of Foel Goch, so nondescript is it, although there are a few stones marking the top. A point further along the ridge looks as if it might be higher, but the map and GPS suggest otherwise.
Walked: 02.03 2019
Length: 1.51 miles 2.43 km each way; Ascent: +/- 206m; Naismith: 1h 15m (ascent only) Actual time taken for up and down 2.5 hours Length: 3.25 miles 5.25 km Ascent: +/- 300m (c. 1000')
