Park off road at Tongue Intaske plantation foolow path up to bridleway from ambvleside rouind to Arnside intake up black crag and retiuurn down to tarn Hows tarn round east side tarn down path past waterfall to rd allong road to yew TRee Farm up path to col up to Holme Fell suimmit mand return down to Hodge Close quarry allong road to Stang End then High Park to car.
