From Martindale new church out back and down and around Howtown and across to steamer pier then allong lake to sandwick. Thenup road and round the fell side path and down to garth heads then up and over Howstead brow and down to old church. around path to new church lunch then up and down Hallins fell

Sunny intervals and cold east wind.
