Hi,

I normally climb with a group however they are all Monday to Friday and I work shifts which allows plenty of time during the week to climb, would be good to caqtch up and get some Munros done during the week when anybody is free

Wow huge response! I'm back onshore now so have 3 weeks open to get into the hills. If the weather clears up how does either this Wednesday or next tues/wed suit?

Where are you thinking of heading on Wed if the forecast is favourable?

Hi Rachel,

I'm currently free both Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th June. Will be in the Glen Nevis area, but can probably drive a couple of hours each way if needed.

Feel free to drop me a PM or reply here if interested.

Cheers.

I can do either 24th or 25th. Not done much around the cairngorms so I wouldn't mind a stroll around that area. Its about halfway between us too....

Sure, I'd be glad to head back over to the 'Gorms. Let's aim for Tuesday for the time being. Can always swap for Wednesday if the need arises.

Would you fancy doing Carn Dearg, Carn Sgulain & A'Chailleach, following this route on WalkHighlands: http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/cairngorms/monadhliath.shtml?

Cheers.

Yeah that's a good plan. Looks like an interesting hike. Since it's a long one a pretty early start would be best.

Hi Rachel,

I've done those 2 before, but if you get no further interest from other parties, I'm planning to do a couple more walks in the Cairngorms on Sunday 29th and Monday 30th June:

http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/cairngorms/cairnwell.shtml
http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/cairngorms/glas-maol.shtml

Alternatively if you'd prefer just Macdui and Cairn Gorm, might be better to do a new post in the forum with specific dates, to increase visibility for others.

Cheers.
