WH SPRING Meet - Durness 10/11/12 April 2015

Well done Martin, and thanks for organising the weekend. And someone's 16 out of 16 means Dougie's guitar playing must have been spot on.
The sun's out down here in Ayrshire so the tent's already dry and the first load of washing is in the machine. Now starting to think of how to write up reports of the windy jaunts.
Hope everyone reached home safely.

Thanks Martin for a great meet, and Dougie for quizmaster.
To Jelena, thanks for kidnapping me into the winning team. What a stoke of luck.
Great photos there Jelena.
Thanks also to Theresa, Rod, Martin and Jelena for the company on the hills. A most enjoyable couple of days.
Working on the next meet so keep an eye out for the thread.

Just a quick note to register my thanks to Martin for another great meet. Perfect location to get away from the daily grind. Arkle might have been my only hill (on the Friday), but a much needed weekend of just relaxing was exactly what I was needing.
As ever, Martin, your willingness to let me co-pilot is always hugely appreciated; hopefully not needed for too much longer...
It was good to see some regular faces, and to meet a few more fellow WH'ers.
Always good meet people in person after sharing views and posts online.
Thanks too, to Dougie for, the quiz; a good mix of question, almost all of which I was only vaguely clued up on
Till the next time,
Martin

T'was a perfect excuse to make a return to Durness. Great to see everyone again, must say my alcohol consumption was far reduced from previous meets!
Not long home after moving on to Glen Affric to bag my 89th and 90th Munro's in even windier, snowier and colder weather yesterday. If Carlsberg did long weekends.....

Great weekend and nice to get to meet some of you!
Sorry I had to leave a bit early, been coming down with something for a few days before the meet and started feeling worse Saturday night, went for a nap before the quiz but no improvement so I headed off to save everyone else in the bunkhouse from being kept awake by my coughing and sneezing all night
Looking forward to the next one though and thanks a lot for organising it Martin!
