Anyone up for a walkabout next month? I'll be in Britain for most of August, and looking to spend half of that in Scotland. Not too particular about where we might go, though I am dependent on public transport. I'm 30, but a year of inactivity in China has probably left me incredibly unfit.
Not really into epic bagging days, prefer to enjoy the views, spot wildlife and stop to explore little lochs and things. Could meet for a daywalk, or do a multi-dayer. Traverse the Cairngorms? Bothy hopping on Jura? Beachcombing on Uist? Or just climb the Bookle? If you fancy doing anything, drop me a PM or just reply here. Anyone relatively easy-going is welcome, except Man United fans. I'll bring the whisky. Cheers!
P.S. will also be having shorter trips to Snowdonia and the Lakes.
