Hi, I have recently downloaded the ViewRanger app and had hoped to use this with the Walkhighlands routes, had used this last year and found really good. When trying to load routes now however directly from the Walkhighlands site it says route no longer active. Am I doing something wrong or are the walkhighland routes no longer available?

Thanks

Mike

Sadly Viewranger have recently closed down their premium routes.

At present there is no means to get Walkhighlands route descriptions offline. We are currently talking to the company that has bought out Viewranger and others about trying to come up with another solution for this - which might be another app, or might not happen at all.

You can though download our GPX files for your own use with any or at least most mapping apps, including Viewranger.

Hi,

Has there been any progress on bringing back the route description in view ranger?

It was a great feature, sadly missed

Thanks
