There's no difference between the phone and laptop version of Walkhighlands - it's the same pages, just a different style. So as it works on your phone, there is no problem with your account.
It does sound like an issue with cookies on your laptop. Since it affects multiple browsers, thinking it may be caused by privacy software you are using which is preventing login cookies.
