Missing Report

My grandson - "Halo" - published (or so we thought) a report of his conquest of the Glyders on 14th August 2016

However, it does not appear in the listing of reports for either of the Glyders. We thought it might be because he'd missed completing one or other of the boxes, but we are unable to get the report in EDIT mode.

Can anyone advise us what has happened?
