uploading a video

Hope someone can held me. I have tried following the users guide but I just cant upload videos. Any help would be grateful. Thanks

You can include videos in your posts and reports which you have uploaded to video hosting sites - such as Youtube or Vimeo.

To include a vid in a report, just paste the address of that video into your report (don't use the embed code or any special bbcodes or anything else).

When you submit the post, the video will automatically be embedded.
