Gpx help please

Postby Albalad » Sun Jan 06, 2019 4:47 pm

Hi . I have an iPhone 7 Plus with memory map installed , have uploaded quite a few routes over the last year or two from WH .
However over the last couple of days it appears to be opening on my screen before allowing me to save it to memory map , which means all is see ( see photo)
Can anyone offer any suggestions . Thanks

I think that means you've associated gpx files with your browser rather than whatever app you used to open them with (this is something people sometimes do by mistake in Windows).

I'm afraid I've never used an iphone but hopefully someone can help you work out how to change this back.

Looks odd, I get a screen as per the attached image.
What happens when you press the wee square with an upwards arrow?

Thanks for the help so far , yes I think the gpx files are being opened by iOS , rather than allowing me to send the file to memory map .
Have tried to change this , but can’t find a setting within safari to change

Maybe try resetting Safari settings.
