North Face Ventrix Jacket

North Face Ventrix Jacket

Postby Jamie Steel » Sun Jun 17, 2018 10:34 pm

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone had tried out the Ventrix jacket's from North Face. Not sure the quality of the North Face brand anymore as it seems to be aimed at the hapless parents of teenagers vying for 'the latest threads'.

The Ventrix jacket sounds like what I need however, a light-mid weight breathable jacket I can wear during ascents where I just need that extra layer to protect from the wind without overheating.

Any feedback would be appreciated! Also, any alternatives.

Looks good; I've never tried one but have something similar which does as you say in windy conditions. Alternatives can be bulky and sweaty.

Alternatives - bulky, tend to be sweaty.
