Gregory 3D Hydro pack leaking

Folks

I have a 2Lt Gregory 3D Hydro pack that I have owned for about 9 months
Just last week it started leaking from the connector that connects to the Bag / pack

I have been in touch with Gregory support and they dont seem to have much of a idea

I think there is a washer missing on the connector

Does anybody have this bit of kit and can confirm there should be a washer at the end
