My wife, at 5'1", bought a Juno 24, also available in (I think!) 20 and 30lt flavour.
It is very comfortable, particularly for a shorter back, seems to sit will across her chest (unlike a few of the other packs she uses) and is nicely made. I find it simpler than an Osprey (a Good Thing, experience with Osprey is daft detailing and 'just to be different' design) and yet easily as well made.
It has the required axe/pole holder.
Really good pack IMO. We have Osprey x3, Lowe Alpine x5, Karrimor 1990's x1 and Gregory x1 in the house - the Gregory and Lowe Alpine I think are the better packs.
