Dunno if anyones seen these cards before. The Pacing/Timing one looks useful as I have to stop and work all that out, much easier to have it printed ready tied to the compass or something !

Make them yourself at home. Print them, then laminate them on credit size pouches.

Useful things laminators - I have lots of laminated scans of OS maps (map pouch size generally - and printing doubled sided gives you a pretty decent area of 1:25000 on one laminated sheet) - saves having the whole map out (or carrying the whole map at all). Especially useful if your walk doesn't suit the map folds well.
