Hi Guys
I'm listed on WH as a "Mountaineer" - but that's only because there's no category of " EX- Mountaineer" which is what I am really.
I can stiill wander up Scottish hills and over Swiss passes, but my climbing days are sadly over :(
I had a habit at one time of buying "stuff" I might need and also spare "stuff" so I have a lot of gear in good condition that really needs a new home. ANY REASONABLE OFFER ACCEPTED

Ice axes, Crampons, an ice screw, climbing equipment and a lot of Buffalo gear - if global warming hasn't rendered it redundant!!
STRICTLY CASH ON COLLECTION in Perthshire - or Edinburgh by arrangement. - though i'm sure I can arrange to post it if needed
here is the list:-

DMM Crampons with anti-balling plates little used
Charlet Moser crampons with anti-balling plates- well used and resharpened . good if you have to rock climb in them
Non step-in crampons – good condition, but free If you collect
Pair Glencoe axes (axe/hammer combo) with leashes
Pair 210 gm titanium skiing axes with leashes
HB typhoon third axe with leash
Titanium Ice screw – never used “in anger”
Buffalo gear size small (all fits me ca 5’6” high 40” chest)
Lightweight wind shirt blue little used - was a spare
Shirt and Salopette red/black - Little used
(I have a similar well-used set I doubt anyone would want!)
Bivouac Jacket – blue -comes down to the knees - carried about but never used
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sizeable climbing rack (more than you could carry probably) including
8 Quadcams/Friends (size 00 - 3 ), all in good condition
7 Hexes on tape, (ca 1” – 3” wide ) all in good condition:
23 Nuts various sized ( Mostly small), some a bit bent
quickdraws, slings prussics krabs etc.
Offers for whole rack only
50m half ropes two – one soft and flexible the other stiffer but more waterproof – well used but never held a significant leader fall. No cuts but inspection welcome

I can arrange photos as required

Any idea on the model? I quite like mine for mixed climbing.

Titanium Ice screw – never used “in anger”

I know someone who has, they were lucky to live to tell the tale, is it one of the russian ones?

Hi prog99
Ice screw is Black Damond.
Not sure about Crampons - if you send me your E-mail on private message, I can send you a photo. They date from about 2007 i think
