snugpak sleepingmat Antarctica

I'd be very pleased with anyone writing down their experience with the snugpak sleepingmat Antarctica (not the sleeping bag!). Specifically their experience concerning:
-comfort: is it really comfortable enough on it's own, directly on ground or groundsheet?
-does it really prevent heatloss in cold, colder, coldest weather on it's own, directly on ground or groundsheet?
-Do you use it in combination with another (whatever) type of mat?

That's a five year old question I forgot I ever asked
I am sorry though, I never got an answer, nor did I ever get or look for an answer elsewhere. Neither did I ever buy and try this mat. So I am sorry, I can't help you there.
