Have you lost or found some gear when out in the hills?

Gear and Equipment board rules

Gear and Equipment board rules

We've been asked whether we'll accept 2nd hand gear for sale on this board. This is fine, provided that:
- gear must be your own personal gear, no commercial posts
- no links to items being sold on ebay - the board is intended soley for selling items between Walkhighlands members

Hope that makes sense. Make the first part of the post title into 'FOR SALE: ' - that will help.

PLEASE NOTE: You use this board to buy/sell at your own risk and Walkhighlands can accept no responsibility for any losses.

The normal board rules also apply.

Is it ok to post wanted equipment/stuff here as well ?

I was after an out of print walking book/guide last summer and drew a blank on ebay, amazon had a used signed copy for just short of ten times the original price.

No - if you need to change the price, let people know its sold, add more details etc, you can make a reply.
