Hi folks, I'am a new member and thoroughly enjoy reading your inputs.
My contribution is summarised from 15 pages of notes taken en-route, sorry no pictures.
Route finding was by compass and OS 1:25000 maps - the 340 waypoints, added later, are indicative.
After Fort William food suppliers were infrequent: Tomdoun, Cluanie Inn, Achnashellach, Kinlochewe and Ullapool. I toted up to 16kg and didn't need to carry water.
My Hilleberg kept the rain out for 5 nights. If you like isolation - I met two walkers on the trip!
Inevitably around Ullapool there is some road walking but this is offset by the good "chippie".
Incidently I missed the mini-bus from Cape Wrath so I had a hard road walk to Durness!
Hope the map attachment works out and if you undertake the walk you can always blame me.
