NB. This board is for reports on multi-day long distance routes - reports on simply long walks should be added to the standard boards.

Hallo everyone,
My name is Przemek Szapar and I come from Poland. To begin with I wanted to thank the editors of Walkhighlands site as it is so informative. Between 12 th and 19th of April (in 7,5 days/ unfortunately the shooting range was closed ) I completed The Cape Wrath Trail. My trip was solo style carrying my entire equipment as well as the food I ate.
I am a huge admirer of the CWT itself which undoubtedly was the most difficult trail I know. It definately made me redefy the terms: difficulties and trail :D
Please find the link to my GPS track below:

Best regards.

Yes I am a long distance runner. I tried to run whenever the surface allowed. My entire kit weighted 14 kg to begin with as I packed light. The TRAIL took 7days And 9 hours to complete.
