Read other users walk reports for the long distance trails - and add your own.

NB. This board is for reports on multi-day long distance routes - reports on simply long walks should be added to the standard boards.
Warning Please note that hillwalking when there is snow lying requires an ice-axe, crampons and the knowledge, experience and skill to use them correctly. Summer routes may not be viable or appropriate in winter. See winter information on our skills and safety pages for more information.

Is La ciudad perdida a trek worth doing?

This trek takes you through the jungle to an archeological site. The site is not all that interesting in my opinion, but the trek is nice. You sweat a lot, there are several places where you can swim, there are indiginous people in the area, and the jungle is interesting with animal and bird activity at night. I enjoyed the trek.

Feel free to check out my video from the trek. La ciudad perdida starts 25 seconds into the video.
