At the river south of Am Faocagach I was dumb enough to throw my boots across but not throw one quite far enough and it got swept away! Red Mammut Kento high guide GTX. In the unlikely event that it is ever seen again please let me know

Oops - that was an expensive mistake! Hope you managed to hop back to the road OK.

You might get lucky if you went and searched down river, but few folk would normally go that way. Otherwise it will most likely be at the bottom of Loch Glascarnoch by now.

Was there still a leg in it? Or at least a foot? Maybe on old sock? Something for the soup... :shock:
