I was hoping to try out my new Korean cookbook! Rats! Oh that's a thought ...rats.... :D

**Picture of cooked rats removed due to numerous complaints (and being totally and utterly off topic). Phil **

ChrisW, STV went as far as mentioning forum but not by name !!

http://news.stv.tv/scotland/highlands-i ... four-days/

May get a mention in 'The Press and Journal' paper out today as they were awaiting me when I returned from the search for Daz !

Must confess I was getting sporadic messages in the search yesterday for Daz from the various press. Last thing I needed as I kept thinking it was news on Daz only to find another press message about when they could come and see me !! Had to retrace steps and climb to get phone signal to pick them up distracting me from the business in hand !

Think I've found a new hobby in retirement, don't tell the wife she thinks I'm looking for part time work !!

Think I'll donate the 'petrol money' to MRT, dogs seem to be pretty much covered already :D

Another happy ending - and tribute to everyone on here who has helped out with both dogs

Really amazing that it was spiderwebb who was the first to catch a sighting of Daz 8)

Even though I am not a massive dog lover, the stories involving Sam and Daz have brought a smile to my face and a tear to the eye.

Well done everyone

Myself, my husband John and our daughter Cara (and our other dog Josh) would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dave (Spiderwebb) for his assistance in helping us find our dog Daz. The man is a saint! Came all the way from Muir of Ord to help with our search. I was overwhelmed that a complete stranger took the time out to come and assist. Dave, we can't thank you enough. To Chris (Milesy) who had been texting and offering also to search a big thank you. I know you didn't need to join the search, in the end, but your offer to search on Friday was very very much appreciated. To all the others who had posted on this forum offering to help at the weekend, again a big thank you. To the Blair Atholl Estates staff, the residents of Blair Atholl and Glen Tilt and all the Businesses within Blair Atholl we are eternally grateful to you for spreading the word and giving assistance in the safe return of Daz - thank you. And finally to Bryce (who works at Blair Castle caravan park) he was the guy that managed to catch Daz, my Knight in Shining Armour, we extend our sincere thanks. It was an emotional reunion and I think I hugged Bryce as much as I hugged Daz! Daz was exhausted, dirty, stiff and had obviously lost weight but other than that he is fine. He is home, warm, safe and secure and if he could talk I am sure he would say a big THANK YOU to you all! We have been overwhelmed by everyone's kindness x x x x x
