Today was the first chance to get out after the gales of Thursday and Friday and torrential rain yesterday.
Counted 19 greylag geese, which have been around Staffin for the last week or so. Also a heron down by the outflow of the Kilmartin River - hadn't seen one on the bay since last winter.
Loads of buzzards around both Staffin and Uig at the moment - strange how I hardly saw any during the summer.
