Unfortunately no photos but saw an osprey feeding its young on a nest today. I've seen a few ospreys flying but never had a view of one feeding the young before.

That must have been fabulous.

So far, for me, just the odd sighting of them flying in Scotland or Sweden. I've seen them on the nest at Rutland Water, but they're so far away you can't really see much except on the CCTV screens in the hide which don't really count!

It was.

I did not have the best of views but there was enough of a gap through the trees to see what the parent bird was doing.

I looked online and there is nothing, that I could find, about this nest so perhaps it is one the estate do not want publicised.
