Not a sighting but a hearing

I was walking high up around the back of Loch an Aird-sheilg(a bit over 3.5miles east of Gairloch Beach car park) when I heard the wonderfully eerie call of a red throated diver.

Wonderful. Have heard them on Loch Sionasgaig before, when the calls were echoing off the hills, plus in Sweden.

Saw Black Throated divers on the lochs between Drumbchork and Fionn Loch, but they weren’t calling, except the weird noise they make when flying.
