Glen Torridon Stag posing

Glen Torridon Stag posing

Postby whiskybottle » Sun Dec 19, 2021 3:06 pm

I didn't see this stag when I pulled into the small carpark in Glen Torridon, it followed me in. I got out of the car carefully to get some photos, light was fading. At one point I thought it was going to scrub it's antlers on my car! then it posed by the sign 8) Telephoto not needed. August 2019

I guessing this is Callum who is well known in the car park - https://www.facebook.com/THEGRATEISTFLAME/videos/callum-the-glen-torridon-stag/944594269301231/

I couldn't believe there was stag in the car park the first time I went. By the third time, I decided he must be on the payroll of the Scottish Tourist board given the number of photos he must have appeared in over the years!

Last time I saw Callum he had his head poked in a van window being fed from the driver's hand. Is he still alive?
