Not a very clear image, it might be a Pied Wagtail going on the colours, but it is a guess

That was my first guess but I've never seen a Pied Wagtail that has such defined white\black\grey colouring. They usually have a black patch that reaches the underside of the bill but in the absence of any other similar birds I think you're right.
