skuas are pretty much everywhere in Shetland. i used to have to run the gauntlet with them on my walk to school, and they would hang about near the house when the sheep were lambing.
Fetlar is the place to see Red-necked Phalarope, and they aren't difficult to find there. you will probably see them on Yell too. Yell has snow buntings and ive seen Snowy Owls there. i dont know if the black-browed albatross is still on Unst though, i havnt been back since 1993.

I'm actually going with a company called Shetland Wildlife, so we'll be visiting most of the hotspots. I'm really looking forward to it because it's the first time I've spent more than a few days away for about 4-5 years. I don't think the albatross has been back, I read about in on a website somewhere and they mentioned it's not been seen.
