Female dwarf willow (Salix Herbacea) I think.

Funnily enough, we've just been trying to identify this ourselves, from the photo we took recently on Beinn na Gucaig.

I thought the leaves looked vaguely willow-like but the red fruit foxed us at first and didn't seem to be pictured in any of our flower books. However we eventually came to the same conclusion - Salix herbacea. One of the smallest woody plants apparently.
