Anyone know what these are ?
They are particularly fond of inhabiting the soft new growth on my Eucalyptus trees here in Ireland
They are tiny, perhaps 2 to 3mm long max

Quite probably the blue gum psyllid (Ctenarytaina eucalyptii).
