Going to hazard a guess, following your lead maybe. The Hillock of Howe, near Stromness.

Too far south... Tis a "Hill of..." something. Two ancient burial mounds on the summit ridge in stark contrast to a very modern structure at the foot of the hill.

That's the one, a ridge with ancient burial mounds set high above the surrounding rolling moors and hills, with Sullom Voe oil terminal down below.
