Been walking? No trip report but want to share some Photo's.

Sometimes you go on a walk or what-ever, take some good pictures, but don't do a TR.
So I thought I'd start a new thread that anyone can add to, of the best pictures of any recent trip.

I'll start it off, first 2 from last weekend when I camped with my mate at Llyn Caseg Fraith, Glyders (it wasn't like this the evening before...rain, very windy and cold).

And the next 2 are of the sunset from last night (Aug 30th) taken from a hill above the Precipice Walk, near Dolgellau, where I had a great night under a star filled sky, well deserved I think, as the night before I was on Y Llethr, Rhinogs in cloud and rain.

Great - they were certainly well worth sharing. Particularly like the last one.

it is still a trip report. Just create one without words and only photos. :)

and if you have only one good picture, and say you only walked for 5 minutes....not much of a trip report ;-)

Three from me.

1. This trail takes you through the Smokies in Tennessee on the way to the iconic lookout called Rocky Top.
2. You can get to Abrams Falls in just over an hour's walk from Cades Cove in Tennessee.
3. Sunrise from Arthur's Seat during my first trip to Scotland in 06.

Spent a week in Torridon with Mrs K for our 25th anniversary. A long way to go from the Bristol area so we broke it up with a couple of nights in the Lake District near Ullswater, and a couple of nights near Killin. After the week in Torridon we broke the return journey up with a night in Arrochar.

I didn't do any Munros this time but it's my first time any further north than Spean Bridge, on the west coast. Fantastic trip, looking across Loch Garry to the Knoydart hills, stopping at the Cluanie Inn for a "pick-me-up" drink, driving down through Glen Shiel, looking across to the hills of Applecross (can't believe there's no Munros in amongst that lot), first views of the Torridon hills. All of them were "wow" moments.

Here are a few photos of our trip, sorry there's so many, I didn't know which ones to leave out - enjoy.

Great thread, mountainstar! @Stretch...photo #1, nice! I believe I walked this area when I was a kid (dad's from the south)...definitely headless horseman-esque! Beautiful photos everyone!

Here's a few from our Scotland adventures...help me out if I got any of these wrong, folks! :)
